Update to welcome home meal

i sent dh a text about what he wants as his first homecooked meal in a while and he said homemade mexican...

easy enough but I will definitely end up using every bowl, pan, pot and utensil we own.

I suppose I should admire my clean kitchen while it still exists...

lol - mexican is the most annoying food to make because it's practically impossible to use less than 40 bowls / pots / pans / etc

... but it's soooo delicious so it's worth it

sooooo worth it...i mean what is better than melty cheese with sour cream and salsa and beans? mmmm thanks mor...you made me feel better about the mess I will definitely be making tonight!
