Today the CO (certificate of Occupancy) man is coming to the house to check it (I hope for the last time) and issue us a CO which means we can legally live here! Then please just keep your fingers crossed because next week the appraiser is coming so we can get our final mortgage!!! House is not finished yet, but to be legally living her will be a great relief!!! I am so excited!
