**UPDATED W/ my review! Im back!

but san jose cabo is beautiful!! I took my regular camera so Ill try to scan some pics when I get them friday or sat but I should have taken my digital

lisaT made great suggestions, I liked the city tour and glass boat tour in cabo san lucas

REVIEW:
olympus tours: took us to and from the hotel, they were nice but a bit unorganized had to call like four times to confirm out pick up time, the first time we called they told the hotel 645am and it was supposed to be 10am so they said they would look into it and call and leave a message in our room..... we never got such a message and had to call again and again but eventually it got straightened out.....


Royale Solaris hotel: this was a beautiful hotel... there are these huge windows in the lobby w/ a view of the pool and beach out of them.
the 'entertainment team' were great, they have like four guys and three girls who always were dancing at the pool, water aerobics, everyday at the pool, I felt like I was at a wedding! they had games, trivia, casino nite, etc...... I won a tee shirt for craig and at their poolside blackjack tournament, I was the winner! and twelve people played and I won a bottle of mexican tequilia for that. Those guys were great, Craig liked them too

Food: Average: It was good but not great
Im not a big fan of mexican food to begin w/ and they had other stuff like Italian night but not like here! the sauce is UGH
Craig said too the food was just okay

ACTIVITIES: We went horseback riding on the sunset tour of the beach, it was really beautiful, the man in charge couldnt believe it was my first time on a horse


ATV Tour: this was fun, through the streets of san jose cabo and the hills in the mountains, the streets are so different there, like ONE traffic light in the whole town! its like a free for all! we saw donkeys, wild horses, bulls, and some cows and tons of cactus on this tour

then we did the CITY shopping tour: In Both Cabos, we saw a church built in 1730 and some other sites and went to the flea markets and stuff
GLASS BOAT TOUR in cabo san lucas, saw some tropical fish on side of boat and on bottom
so the mountains
shaped like a pig face and one like Scooby doo and the tip of the baja
and lovers beach and the arch and where the pacific meets the sea of cortez

the weather was wonderful! I loved it
91 or 93 everyday, it never rains there so people say! and it was such a strong sun! even at 9am and 830am

the mexican people and the workers in the hotel are soooo polite and nice, they really go out of their way to be nice and try to help you! especially b/c some told craig for e.g. the ATV tour guide was w/ us three hours
he makes like 5 or ten dollars a day! we gave him a 7.00 tip USD whatever we had on us
so they must love us tourists who tip a days pay

welcome back tammy....I have heard really nice things about Cabo...


I am always shocked about what Mexicans get paid...DH and BIL have a few houses in MX and they pay $10 a day...I was shocked...and they pay well...they also trade broken down cars for labor...its such a different life
