UPDATE:Defrosting grooms cake

Should I take out my grooms cake out of freezer tonight/tomorrow (am) putting in refrigerator for eating on Sunday night?

I won't be here all wknd. Or should I have my Mother do it while gone on Sat?

Thanx Ladies

We just had ours this week. Had my mom take it out of the freezer around around 3:00 and it was ready to eat around 10:00 when we got home. To our surprise, It was absolutely delicious!

That's awesome!! I put ours in a Huge Tupperware to try and keep it Fresh. We hardly enjoyed ours at the Wedding so i'd love to enjoy it on our Anniversary!!

Re: Defrosting grooms cake

I just had to post the update on the cake. We finally got to eat it on Monday and enjoy the last p last night.
pic below.
Obviously it was Delish I am sooo shocked so was DH.
I am not sure If I am supposed to give credit to the place that made my cake or contribute it to grandmas Large Freezer Maybe both?

Either way - we really enjoyed it ,so cakes are not always that nasty as I usually hear
