Veil on whole time?

Veil on whole time?

Did anybody else keep their veil on throughout the entire ceremony and reception? I did.

It is really starting to upset me now seeing the cute pics without and wishing I had a few of my own. The truth is I was just too busy running around the whole day.

I had to take mine off b/c it got very windy when I was taking pics outside the hall & the veil got dirty & ripped when it got stuck in a shrubbery branch.

I had every intention of kepping it on though

Why would you regret it??? You only get to wear it once in you life!!!! (Unless in the privacy of your house of course

)
I would have had mine on the entire time except that it started to bother me, my crown was a little heavy. But I kept it on alot of the time!

I wanted to wear my longer but it got ripped off my head when they put me up in the chair, it was terrible!

I left it on the whole day because I felt that I only got to wear it once so I was going to wear it the whole day. It did not bother me at all so that was another reason why I left it in.

Oh, don't regret it!

I took mine off just before the reception...I wore a super long mantilla and there was no way I could dance our first dance in it (it was somewhat choreographed). Otherwise, I might have kept it on longer.

That's pretty much how I felt!!! I was pretty attached to my veil.

I had a 3 tier veil and left only the shortest tier on for the reception. I originally didn't want to leave it on at all, but everyone convinced me to. I'm so glad that I did, because when am I ever going to wear one again? Don't regret it - I'm sure you looked beautiful in it!

Don't regret it! I look at my pictures and think I looked better with the veil on! But I got too hot under that thing and HAD to take it off midway through the reception.

I had my veil and headpiece custom made and I was determined to wear it all day. I did take my cathedral layer off but left the other layer on ( was also trying to hide some back fat....hehe).

I left my viel on the whole entire, night and would have chopped off someone hand if they touched it.

I had the most beautiful viel. I loved it just as much as I loved my dress. It is true, you only wear it once.

My plan was to take it off after the first dance....at least that is what I had DECIDED BEFOREHAND....anyway i did not know when it came off...watching the video i realized i took it off after dinner..and i actually loved the fact i kept it on for a bit...my first dance with my DH and my dance with my brother...my veil was awsome...i wanted to show it off for while...so DON'T be disapointed. And i have been to so many weddings where its like a part of the brides hairdo so they don't take it off....i just had a comb.
