I would put it in writing and send it to the vendor. Give them a chance to respond, explain, etc.

If you feel like you are not being treated fairly after that, you could contact BBB.

I would contact the vendor and their supervisor if there is one. If you get no response, I'd then go to the BBB.

I had an issue with my catering hall, I sent a registered letter and email to the Banquet Manager, after 4 weeks did not receive a response, then sent another registered letter to the general manager and did not get a response, then finally a registered letter to the OWNER and did not get a response. Unfortunately, my thought is that once they have all your $$$ they honestly don't give a crap anymore. My complaints were valid (one very expensive sentimental ceremony item went missing and wasn't even put out at my ceremony, and another sentiment ceremony item was never packed up for us - the glass DH broke under the Chuppah). Amoung some other very valid issues.

I'd send an email and still send the letter by return receipt.

Good luck

Well as per some advice, my DH and I drafted a letter and sent it to the DJ company with return receipt so we could make sure they got it. Unfortunaly, the company has non post office hours so they have not been there to sign for the letter.

So here is my question..do you think it would be bad if I emailed him the letter or just send it as regular mail without the return receipt? Any advice would be great.

Otherwise, I might just have to forget the whole thing and make sure you ladies on LIW and anyone else who asks about them know what happened to us on the day of our wedding. I would hate to do that without talking to them first though, so hopefully I can get this all resolved.

TIA

I would try and speak to them first.
