Verizon DSL

Does anyone else have this? I've only had it a couple of months and I have had quite a few problems. What are everyone else's experience with this?

When I had it, it was fine. When I moved all H ell broke loose and I vowed to never use it again, as much as I loved it.

What sort of problems are you having? Are they recurring?

It was really slow and would not connect sometimes. I am not sure it was installed properly. I am going to delete it and reinstall it.

Probably a good idea. Mine never cuts off, and I never disconnect. I keep it on all day.

I have cable, my friends has DSL though & always has trouble. Cable is alot faster/better.

My mom has it at her office and complains about the service every once in a while!!! Says it either doesnt connect or it disconnets. I think it has something to do with the #of people using the service in the area. I would call them though...you should be getting a credit for eveytime you can not connect!!!

Control freak that I am, I need to reinstall it myself because I think my husband did not install it properly. If the problems continue then, I will know there is something wrong with the service.
