About how long did it take to get your videos back... I went to Duet yesterday to drop off music and pics and they said the video would take 3-4 months to get back

i think that sounds about right...we havent even given our stuff in yet! I actually think ours will take 6 months..i cant remember though

Mine was 3 weeks for the first time...but then it was wrong, so it was another 3-4 weeks to get it back corrected. So I'd say between a month and a half to 2 months total.

Thats normal if not good. I am an editor and you have no idea how long the video editing process takes. It is not something that can be done quickly, not if you want it done well.
