VIDEO GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

We originally had wanted honeymoon pics in our wedding video, but the contract said we had 2 weeks after we returned to submit them. We didnt get around to it, so we figured the video was being made, just w/o the HM pics.

We call to find out if the video is ready, fully expecting it to have been finished a long time ago. No, the girl says 'We've been waiting for you to submit the honeymoon pics, the video hasnt even been done yet'

After 5 MONTHS, dont you think someone would have thought HMM, Maybe they dont know the video is still here?!?!?!?!? And maybe would have CALLED US!?!?!?!?!?

No, because we picked the 'We dont like to pick up the f**** telephone' Photog/videog studio.

I officially am SICK AND TIRED AND FRUSTRATED AND THOROUGHLY DISAPPOINTED with my photof/video company.

we must be using the same place..LOL
my proofs were sitting there on their desk waiting to be picked up without me even knowing it. Dont u know...after they have your money...u r supposed to have psychic abilities of what they need. I am still waiting for my 'I will call u back in 10 min' phone call from last week. My recommendation to u call and call and call some more. they will hate talking to you so they will expedite your stuff. ; )

I used the same company... I had to do all the calling but, as soon as I gave them the honeymoon pics- I think I had my video in like a week- again I kept calling them- they did NOT call me to tell me it was ready as a matter of fact- I needed them to fix some things on the video before they burned it to disc in the end of Aug/ beginning of september and I STILL have not heard from them but, I guarantee you that when I call they will tell me it is ready!

HI I HAVE A STORY EVEN BETTER I GOT MARRIED 5/21/04(OUR PHOTOGRAPHER DID OUR VIDEO AS WELL) GAVE MY PHOTOGRAPHER 9,000 THE ONLY THING I HAVE ARE MY PROOFS HE IS JERKING US AROUND SINCE MARCH 2005 THAT OURVIDEO WILL BE DONE SOON. WE ARE SUPPOSE TO PICK IT UP TOMORROW HE SAID IT MAY NOT BE READY YET, JUST CURIOUS TO KNOW WHO U USED?
