There's been several posts on them if you do a search.

We used them and had absolutely no complaints. We used all their LI locations as we had groomsmen all over LI. We has a total of 9 tuxes, plus the grooms we got free. In addition, I got my wedding gown cleaned by them for free. All cleaned, boxed and preserved. No complaints there either, except they told me 2 months and it took them 4!!
