W. T. F. is wrong with me!?

I just don't feel right...
I took a mucinex this morning because I was really congested. I ate oatmeal for breakfast, drove to work-
(this is gross so skip until the next bold announcement)

while driving I burped and thought I was going to vomit oatmeal,

Got to work and I was fine, about an hour and a half ago I order lunch, I ate it so fast, I didn’t even realize it.. like i really did NOT know i was eating, and ever since then, I just feel drugged. I don’t like this at all.. nothing feels right. I feel nauseous and dizzy and COLD. I have the urge to just sit and cry. I can’t shake it, I’ve been drinking tea/water… but I can’t shake it.
I can't focus. I feel like I'm telling myself to breathe.
okay.. I feel HIGH! I haven't felt like this in like 10 years!
I think its from the mucinex.... but I took that at like 9:30am. why would it kick in at 12:15 and make me feel this way till now? I mean i was fine before... and for the past two hours... i just dont feel right!

i have dance tonight and i can't miss it. my kids have a show next week and they haven't even started the number...

dear shiittty feeling,
please go away, come back on saturday.. i can't deal with saturday.
actually, no, i can't i have a shower on sunday.

URGH! just go away and come back in 2 weeks.. i think i'm free that weekend. that would work.
