W.T.F VS...!!!

So I bought a whole bunch of stuff from VS online ... a few of the things were ugly in person so i went to the store to return them ....

waited 5 mins on the line only for the lady at the register to say they don't accept returns for things purchased online

so i read their return procedure online now and it says i just ship the stuff back using the provided return labels and they will deduct $6 for shipping from the money they return to me (so if i return $50 of stuff, they'll only credit me $44) ...

i'm not sure i'm going to be buying things from VS online again even though i love their stuff .... this is just too big of a pain in the bum!

yea, i buy from them all the time and hate when I need to return for that reason! but i still love them!

Thats totally frustrating. There are plenty of websites that offer free return shipping if you can not return to a brick and morter store. You should write them a letter telling them you will no longer be shopping using their online retail location, maybe they will give you a one time return shipping is on us credit.

I actually complained about this once to VS (the merchandise I bought was NOT like it appeared on that sexy model) and I said it was not clear about return shipping and they apologized for the confusion and sent me a $10 gift credit to my email. Try complaining!

Complaining works but.. I just don't understand why they won't let you return it to stores.

Almost every other clothing brand lets you do this.

yeah, i was shocked that the lady said i couldn't ... it's very very VERY stupid.

she used some BS excuse about them not selling the same things in the stores that the internet sells so they can't just add it to their stock or whatnot
