My passing the NY State Professional Engineers licensing exam (I'm a PE now!)

Getting engaged in Rockefeller Center under the Christmas tree

Finding out I was pregnant after many months of not being able to

And I know the birth of my children will be too

Absolutely. Despite any little annoyances, nothing in my life thus far has ever come close. Not my college graduation, my law school graduation, passing the bar etc. etc.

When I first walked into the church, and saw how packed it was, it literally took my breath away. One of my bridesmaids turned to me with tears in her eyes and said 'OMG there is so much love in this room.' Regardless of anything that I was less than happy with, I never felt so much love in all my life.

It was .... but I hope to have just as happy and happier days in my future.

but college graduation, birthday, etc.. were not anywhere near as fabulous as my wedding day. Wedding day was like some sort of unatural high that I would have never even believed if I didnt experience it myself


Couldn't have said it better maself.

I had a lot of outer body experience on my wedding day, it felt like it was not me.

Other close ones are 1) The day I crossed in to my illustrious sorority, 2) The day I came to America after not seeing my mom for 6 yrs

I have to say that it was one of the best. I think Stef put it reallty well. I felt as if I was floating all day. I have never felt that way before.

So far, yes, but I do hope for more 'best days' in my future.

Call me a sap, but something about taking vows with the man whom you want to spend forever takes precedence, in my mind, over graduations and birthdays, buying a house, etc ... I know that (god willing) I'll have another birthday, that I'll buy another house and I'll have another graduation.

I think that I'll change my answer when I have a child, but for today, my wedding day was, hands down, my favorite!

Hi Girls! Long time no see

Getting married was exciting, and it was indeed a very special day ... but definitely, it wasn't the best day of my life. I am very happy with the outcome of the day, and everything run smoothly (but my DH smiling in the pictures ), but then, for me getting married is just one of those events that are part of my life, not the goal of my life itself.

My wedding was definitely NOT the best day of my life.. Too much went wrong and too much stress surrounding it.
I can honestly say the BEST DAY OF MY LIFE was the day that my husband asked me to marry him.

The wedding day itself was great, but what was special above and beyond everything on my wedding day was the vows we took to spend our lives with one another.

I agree that too many women place so much emphasis on the DAY itself! The stress, the crying, the complaining and the most significant thing - your commitment is hardly ever talked about.

There has been a lot of 'BEST DAYS' in my life - our wedding day was one of them that tops my list!

Cira, I LOVE your answer, so true. There will be other graduations and birthdays...

I have to say giving birth to our first child together was probably the best day of both of our lives. Its our wedding day multiplied a million times over. That natural high in EXPLOSION MODE. A feeling that cant be explained, only experienced...and I cant wait to experience it yet again, and again, and again

It definitely was for me....There were some things that went off schedule (nice was of saying it) but it didnt matter and didnt really get in the way of things....Theres pretty much nothing you can do, you just have to deal with it the best way.....I had lots of help from fam and friends..they didnt stress me one bit

I couldnt of asked for a more beautiful day...and me and my husband had a great time!

Funny, but I actually have video footage of Jeff and I BOTH saying that our wedding day was the 'best day of our lives...' That was filmed, of course, about a year before Paul came into our lives....and that changed EVERYTHING...

It was the best day of my life, Villa's was just amazing. When I watch my wedding DVD, I just want to go back and do it all again.

June 12, 1993 - my daughter Danielle was born.
May 29, 2003 - my daughter Sofia was born.
November 1, 2003 - the day I married my best friend.

The 3 happiest and best days of my life!!
