we FINALLY got our video

and it's awesome!

but i'm really glad i didn't submit our album paperwork yet because in the video there are shots of us taking pictures that we don't have!

How long did it take for you to get it when you submitted everything?

omg MONTHS! i think it turned it in in March?? and it just came in on Thursday!!

it's a little less high def than i thought it was going to be but it's still awesome! i was a little worried bc i just told them to pick the songs to put in and they even did a wonderful job with that you won't be disappointed!

i picked out all the pictures, went through every single one for all four albums (ours and 3 parent albums) and wrote down edits, etc., filled out the forms online and submitted and THEY DIDN'T GO THROUGH it took me HOURS!! i was so mad after that that i haven't even tried to do it again. now i'm glad i didn't though bc the family pics we thought we took but weren't sure about bc we didn't get proofs for them are shown in the video. now that i know they exist somewhere i definitely want them in the album. there were actually a bunch of pics shown in the video that we don't have printed or on the CD but the family ones are the only ones i really care about.

I picked out the songs but was just curious what songs they picked for you guys...I was too worried to let them pick. Kudos to you for being brave!!!

just curious to know, how many songs were you told to pick? I asked when picking up my proofs, but I totally didn't pay attention to a word he was saying. I just wanted to get home and get to my computer

I emailed Peter cause I wanted to make sure I didn't screw it up. We didn't have much extra added in to the video so we just had to pick songs for Bride Getting Ready, Formal Pictures and Recap. He said not to pick songs for the ceremony and reception. I sent him the 3 songs in an email just to make sure they used the right ones.
