Websites to go to when you're bored?

My mom is stuck in an all day, two day, boring meeting. She has to be there to show a face but she has no real responsibilities being there so she tends to bring her laptop and either do work or surf around. Can anyone recommend any websites (that don't need sound) that she can check out?
