Wedclean...it's all better now!

I got my gown back.

After I contacted them about my disappointment with the shoddy bead work job and poor reattachement of the fabric hooks on the gown, they asked me to send it back to them.

They refunded my $100 for the beadwork. They reattached the hooks properly. They told me that they no longer offer the beadwork service because they received many complaints like mine (that they didn't replace the beads correctly). Since they don't see the gowns until after the work needs to be done, they really have no idea how the beads used to look.

but, my gown is back and it looks good! They were very friendly and pleasant to work with!

That is good to know..I was going to send to them and read about your trouble and did not. I think now I will knowing they did the right thing by you!
