Can anyone give me any feedback on wedding album websites? I am not getting my album done by our photographer and I wanted to do personalized ones for our parents for the holidays...as soon as i get my proofs in , I've tried to read some reviews about blurb.com, picaboo...does anyone have any feedback on any of these books, their quality?? Or can anyone recommend a site that has quality books?! Thanks!!!

Re: Wedding Album Websites
my friend did a small book for her sister's wedding on kodakgallery and it was really nice- I did a flip through book on snapfish- it was nice but not wedding quality. I tried to use blurb.com and I had trouble with the pictures and the program- I think my picture resolution wasnt high enough

I have heard a lot about picaboo, did you hear anything about that? Can you change the resolution of the picture though if you scan it in?

Snapfish has beautiful 12x12 books in leather or velvet. I just checked it out!

I have used blurb.
About scanning - you can scan in a photograph and change the resolution when your scanning it. There is a setting usually in your program. The higher the number the bigger your photograph will be. Remember if it is blurry to begin with it will be blurry when scanned and to use the proper settings for it (RGB) when scanning use tiff or jpg's to save it.

Re: Wedding Album Websites
I heard Somerset does great work!!
i ahve made albums for my mom of my pics and my sisters wedding pics. I used:
Shutterfly picaboo and mypublisher
Quality wise all threee are fine. Picaboo is prbably best for layouts.
