Wednesday is out!!

Wednesday is out!!

So looks like we are NOT closing tomorrow! today is NOT my last day of work!! and of course we cant close Thursday cuz DH has a court date!

i dont even know what is holding this up, the attorney is not going to have all the paperwork he needs..whatever! i cant even listen to the explanations anymore i am sooooo done with this!

and to top it all off DH is getting annoyed at me because im bothering him while he is at work! cuz i asked him to call someone and find out if he can change the court date!!! meanwhile! HI im at work! i should be working, not emailing this one and that one, and calling my apt to see if we can stay a couple days longer, and calling cable to not cancel service till friday, and calling lipa to not turn our power off till friday! and well i guess liweddings prob doesnt help me get any work done, but at least i can vent to someone!!! DH has NOOOOOOOOO idea!!!

ive had it!! im soo done! i turned my phone off i dont wanna talk to anyone!

We had issues trying to get our clsing scheduled too....
it ***** I know but just keep bugging the bank. Once you get the clear to close it usually takes a day or so for the closing atty to get all the papers in order

We went through the same thing if it makes you feel any better... Both DH and I were getting mad at e/o saying 'its your turn to call so and so...' 'im at work, you do it' etc etc ... What a freakin pain that was...

we are not allowed to bug the bank anymore...this is what we got...

'FROM now on, UNLESS the
UW needs additional paper work from you (via me), I am out of the loop now. The bank closing department and attorneys take it from this point on.'

HA! Dont let them get to you or make YOU feel bad... You can def speak to the UW directly and if its already out of his hands... bug your atty to no end... Its sad but thats what you have to do in the mortgage world...

when DH & I were going through our closing we argued a lot too about who should be calling whom...and for some reason 'I' always ended up being the one to call the real estate, the mortgage broker, the lawyer, etc... I must have really loved him even way back then to put up with all that BS...lol

Hang in there!! We closed on our house 10 days before our wedding after dealing with weeks of that crap. Its all worth it once you close and get in your house!!
