I'm thinking of going away for a weekend in October for our one year anniversary. I don't want it to be our actual anniversary weekend because Halloween is just too fun to be away for and we usually have a party that weekend.
Where would you go for the weekend in October? We've already been to Lake George and Cooperstown so I'd like to avoid that area. We'd leave Friday night and come back Monday.

I've heard the apple picking upstate NY is AMAZING!! DOn't know where to stay though Think of all the things you can bake with apples
