Re: Weekend Plans?

I HOPE these will be my plans, if DH doesn't have to go to work (He's in the financial world and with the CitiGroup situation he may have to work all weekend):

tonight - seeing Quantum of Solace

tomorrow - picking up our new Civic! Then getting an estimate from Bathfitter for a new tub/shower, then hopefully out to dinner

Sunday - Giants game, visit the 'rents, relax

Tonight-hmmm don't really know

Saturday-having dinner with another couple. We usually go out to LI to have dinner with them but dh asked if they would come to queens, so we might do the new fondue place in queens although dh and i went last week to this place lol.

Sunday-Meet up with my cousin to hang out.

Do you mean Simply Fondue? My friends want to try it but I am skeptical because a few months ago at the Melting Pot I accidentally burnt my lip with the fondue fork! I forgot I couldn't eat with it!

YES it was soooo delicious too, i definitely recommend Simply fondue. The place is real nice too, dh and i both loved it. LMAO its so funny bc i did the same last week. I had no fork and was waiting for the waitress so i can ask her for a fork, but me being the pig that i am cant wait and went to eat off the fondue fork and burnt my lip. But ive been to fondue places a few times and only time it happened lol. Just make sure you dont eat from the fondue fork again hahahaha.

BUT of course now dh's friends dont want to drive from LI to queens so like always we are going to LI lol. I knew this would happen, unless its a place in LI they wont go lol.

I know I definitely asked for a new fondue fork! The no double dipping rule applies there! We usually end up eating dinner out in LI most of the time, but with Atlas Park literally minutes away from all of us we've been trying the newer restaurants there. Simply Fondue is next on our list. About two weeks ago we had fun just going to Johnny Rockets and the movies to see Role Model and we found out they have a great movie ticket deal when you eat there so it worked out well!
