Weekend trip ideas?

DH's Bday is at the end of the month and i'm thinking of booking some weekend getaway but I don't know where.

Any suggestions? No AC, neither him and I are gamblers.

DH and I just came back from NH/VT and it was beautiful up there! Do a little swimming in the lake, or canoeing or just hiking. it was breath taking!

DH & I don't gamble much either but we're going to AC for two days at the end of the month ... there's beach, pool, boardwalk, shopping, restaurants - enough to keep us busy without the casinos ...
