what a day!!

and its not even half way over!!!!

Sometimes my boss can be great, but other times he is the biggest A$$HOLE!!!!

errrrrrrr.. I'm getting blamed (as usual) for previous employee's who couldn't stand him, so they did things crappy like filing, now he can't find stuff, and its all my fault.. he says the past keeps haunting me and now my new staff does the same things, they all suck!!

Seriously, I work so hard, I do everthing to the best of my ability, but if I work as well as the previous people, maybe I should act like them since they never get fired, and took hour and half lunch hours, never did any work, or filed anything away.

So F'ing annoying!! I hate bosses who talk $hit about you in front of your face!!!

I soooooo don't need this job! I can find another job and leave him flat in the middle of tax season if I suck so bad.

But last week, he gave me a bonus (an entire weeks pay )just for typing a freakin legal document- Go figure!!

That *****. Your boss may be under pressure today, not that screaming at you is okay but I think since he gave yiou that bonus he does see how hard you are working. Hopefully a little lunch will calm him down.

thsnks girls!! I feel like he thinks I owe him the world since he gave the bonus!!

His wife is ther now hopefully she will calm him down. the girls before me warned me during tax season he's a monster.

i hope he calms down.. its not fair to blame you.. must be something wrong with him to take it out on you! he is lucky to have you!

ugh heather - hugs for u! it totally s ucks when hard work goes unappreciated, BUT he must know it somewhere deep down in his thick skull of his if he gave u a whole weeks pay of bonus last week! he was probably just frustrated & having a rough morning and u were there to vent on. try to shrug it off & go splurge on urself with ur bonus money tomorrow is another day!

Okay guys, another question.. DH said all boses get like this sometimes I know its true, but if this continues, with him bashing me, i should look for another job right?? I've been looking tonight, and I just hate to even do this all over again, although, I'm not in the feild that i went to school for and i would love to go back, its just hard to find a job in it. People take those jobs and never give them up.

I'm so fustrated, I hate being belittled esp. when i didn't do anything wrong

I don't agree with DH Heather!! I've worked 5 years for a top exec at a Fortune 100 firm, believe me this man has a TON of responsibility, and has a travel schedule that would make Mother Teresa cranky. And not ONCE in 5 years has he uttered a disparaging syllable toward me, even during the worst times. Granted, I lucked out, he's an awesome human being, but NO, all bosses don't act like this... Sometimes its better to address the problem - AFTER the stress and emotion have passed; i'd say make it through tax season then schedule an appointment with him and talk it out like 2 adult professionals. Point out that you're working hard and you know he sees it, but some of his comments are just unacceptable in a work environment... Then if it continues you can leave with a clear conscience. I don't think anyone should just 'take it' if a boss or coworker is downright abusive!!!
