We decided as well not to go crazy b/c we had the wedding, honeymoon in October and moved into our house the week b/c christmas, but to my surprise, DH bought me a 19inch flat screen monitor which was all of his christmas bonus and then some and then 3 cards and each one made me cry more than the first...

the week before christmas DH bought me a necklace from tiffany's that i made him return

- it was way too much $$$ for something i'm not really into...

so he went out and got me what i have wanted for a while but just didn't have the cash for...a digital SLR

the kicker, the compact flash reader/writer BROKE christmas day! DH is going to return it (poor guy having to return everything

) and get a new body. hopefully this one will work!

I got a new pair of uggs, clothes, some live concert DVD's, a chenielle robe that I love, and we had a booked a cruise, so that is our gift to each other

We also decided to not spend too much on each other. My dh got me a coach purse and some clothes from the GAP....and my kitten!!! plus all of the accesories for him!!

I also posted this on NWR:
He had a professional picture of us holding hands and then had the words of the 'hands ceremony' we used superimposed on the top. It's beautiful. From a distance the picture is so clear and when up close you can clearly read the words and it's in such a pretty frame.

I got a gift certificate for a spa day, and old school game system with over 72 Nintendo games on it, a Swavroski crystal cat with a crystal ball of yarn, a huge box of Godiva, leather gloves, Christmas socks, a calendar, a candle set, a pooping toy deer (poops brown jelly beans)...
