Actually, the chicken is from Omaha Steaks... but I thought it sounded pretty impressive!!

We're going out tonight...but last night I made broiled Talapia with fish rub, mashed sweet potatoes with sage butter and broccoli (tossed in oil, garlic and lemon rind - add some water and cover for 5 minutes).
