So here is my rundown:

Monday- well, have to go food shopping tonight so not sure what we will be eating

tuesday- chili made in a crockpot maybe i'll make cornbread if time permits...

wednesday- salmon burgers with salad

thursday- chicken wings/drumettes with rice- spanish style

friday-tuna casserole

saturday-we'lll be out all day

sunday-spaghetti

um..that would be take out and take out and take out

no ... j/k alittle b/c I think costo's chicken is not like cooking.

I just plan the day of - on occasion I will think about it the night before if it has to b/c of it being marinated or not.
