My bouquet died while I was on my HM and the person I left it with couldnt find anyone to preserve it. I tried to dry some individual flowers but they got moldy. Oh well.
Garter - got lost during the wedding Shoes - are in a box in my closet. I should get them cleaned but Im not sure where
Dress - is in 6 pounds of saran wrap in a box in my closet (I had it cleaned and preserved)
Veil - is in a box with my tiara in my closet. Not sure what Im going to do with those

Bo-k: Hanging upside down at my parent's house (Mom sprayed it with the preserving spray while I was on my HM)
Garter/Shoes/Unity Candle/Memory Candle/Guest Book/Slippers/Tiara/Other miscellaneous wedding items: In a bag on my bedroom floor. I have no room in my apartment for anything!!
Dress: Preserved and in a box sitting on top of my desk at home! Again, I have a lack of space. Hoping to move soon!
Veil: Preserved and in the box with the dress
RB pillow: At my parent's house

Just wanted to add I still have a lot of stuff from my wedding that I have no plans of throwing away - invites, programs, menus, some of the contracts and bills, favors, the congrat note from the president, the nytimes clipping, my hair comb and earrings, etc... I keep it all in a wooden box that I decoupaged with pieces of wedding cards.
