What did you do with your last name?

I chose not to change my name at all. I've heard from some people thought that this causes issues with insurance and when you have children.
What is everyone else doing?

I took his, on the marriage license at least. BUT, am too bored to do the rest. Hopefully soon I'll change the rest of the docs.

I couldn't wait to change my name. I lost 5 letters and 2 syllables. I was thrilled!

I changed my last name completely.

I kept my maiden name as middle name and took DH last name. But havent changed anything legally, yet.
