Just wondering..my brothers getting married and we need ideas.
We donated money to St. Judes Childrens Hospital- so everyone got a bookmark from there stating about the donation, and we gave each couple the Two Peas in a Pod salt and pepper shakers. And if you count it-black placecard frame.

Donation to Guiding Eyes for the Blind.
DH and I raise guide dogs for them!!
AWESOME organizations.
Did you know that it costs over $40,000 to raise and train a guide dog. This organization does it for free and trains the blind person how to use them.

I thought so too!! But at my first graduation ceremony; Kilian the first dog I ever trained was partnered up with a little boy who was 9 years old and was completely blind and had a seizure disorder. The little boy came running up to me to thank me for 'letting me be a kid ' and giving him independence!!!
I picked up a new puppy that day!!!

Re: What did you give as favors???
This favor was 1 per couple, and then 2 chocolate lindt balls to each person.
We gave little heart boxes with little mint hearts with writting on them. Sayings like 'I do' 'I love you' etc. I love the donation idea as well. That seems very personal.
