What did you stress about with wedding planning that you now realize you should not have.

DH 's mom (I still refuse to call her MIL) had no interest in finding a dress or refused to discuss what she was going to wear. Her finding a dress for our wedding was no big deal for her. She treated it like a buying a loaf of bread. She found something two weeks before and she looked fine. I just wished she took a little more interest in the whole thing. I now realize why did I get upset over this. I wish I would have stressed more over flowers. I went to one florist who is an LIW vendor (I don't want to mention the name) and I had 100 % confidence in them and they completely let me down. I wish I would have went to more florists.

Hmm I wouldn't say it was anything during planning. I'm naturally just indecisive and make a big deal about everything anyway so it was nothing new. I was sooooo calm up until the big day- everyone couldn't believe it. Then, the big day came and I was so serious and frustrated and not a happy giddy bride the morning of because nothing seemed to be going on schedule. I REALLY wish I could have that morning back and do it again. At least I was 'the happiest bride' from ceremony on- some of my mom's friends said they think I was the happiest bride they'd ever seen! If they only saw me that morning!!

Thanks Tara: I appreciate the hugs. You're so funny. I'm so indecisivie also. The few days before the wedding I was a total b!!tch to DH, but the day of the wedding I was very calm.

i think the whole thing in general! haha...what a pain the butt planning a wedding is...it's all fun until it got down to the wire...but now i look back and laugh at getting so stressed...i was a raging lunatic the week before & wish i could've enjoyed that time more! Sorry about your flowers...i hope you at least get some compensation from them!!! And if not...then write about them in your review!!! So other bride's can be aware what could happen!!!

Thanks Kath. I'm being compensated for the price of my bouquet, since that was a total piece of junk.
