Well I sent it directly to our banquet mgmr and I told him we appreciated everything he did for us. We felt like royalty. That was it. He loved it so much, I hear he has it in his office. A b2b told me she saw it.

I sent mine to the attention of the GM who I dealt with a lot w / our picture

I dont remember the exact words lol
something like thank you for being so nice and how great everything was and how all the guests loved everything

Oh Im rotten, I havent sent any thank yous to my vendors

I sent our's to our banquet manager - and in it, I thanked the entire staff with special attention to the matre'd (who was AWESOME) and the bridal attendant (who was GREAT).

said we were totally blown away with the service and the delicious food. EXCELLENT!!!

We sent it to the attention of our Maitre D. We thanked him for the spectacular job he and his staff did, how we couldnt have dreamed for anything better...etc etc etc

I don't remember who we sent it to but it was along the lines of

Thank you for making our day so wonderful. All of our expectations were exceeded.
Our guests are still impressed with the service and meal.

holy crap I didn't even think to do that! How evil am I ...

ALthough I didn't really establish any type of fantastic relationship with any of them...

I really have to do this as well.

I put my Banquet manager through heck- with all of my concerns and demands.

I would write a note telling them what a great job they did, how they catered to my every wish, how I was impressed by their attention to detail, the compliments I got from my guests etc etc.

I haven't even ordered mine yet but i will go on and on about how grateful I am to the stafff, attention, food etc...

ALL my vendors will get one
