What does your DH wear that you CAN'T STAND!

Does your DH wear anything that you can't stand? Something that turns you off COLD???

My hubby sometimes wears a bright orange T-shirt, especially when he's working around the house. I HATE the color! It's just too bright and doesn't do a thing for him. He wore it to the Home Depot once, and someone came up to him and asked him a question about plumbing. They thought he WORKED there!

He also has a tan sweatshirt that totally washes him out. Yuck!

A couple of his KISS T-shirts are a bit loud, too.

Other than that, he's usually looking good.

I buy him new ones all the time yet he continues to wear ones with holes

oh and he wears several old boardy barn staff shirts (or other clubs he bounced at) they need to be thrown out along with his other 5000 T shirts

I hear ya on the T-shirts! OMG! My DH must have at least a hundred. He's definitely a jeans, t-shirt, boots kind of guy.

He has this one long sleeve shirt, I just hate it.
And he just loves it. Last time he wore it, I put it to the bottom of his pile of clothes to hope he will forget about it.

That's funny..my DH works for Keyspan and wears a bright orange T-shirt....EVERYDAY!!
I really don't like that color...but he has to wear it and it keeps people from running him over in the street while fixing a gas leak. We have to pay the bills so it will be a part of his everday wardrobe for a very long time!

I hate his breakway pants too!

Black socks with his tidy whiteys to bed. The underwear fine but he needs to lose the socks! I call it his uniform.

DH is an excellent dresser and always looks good - weather work or play.... I wish I could say the same about me. However, my gripe with his clothes are:

* docker khaki shorts that are so ripped, painted and too big

* shorts with a long sleeve dress shirt (the Ralph Lauren polo shirt with the little horsie on the chest). Not only does it look so 80's preppy, but it just looks plain dumb.

* Timberland construction boots with shorts. Just don't like the look.

* most of his pants are too big in the waist. way too big!!

Dh was in a bad habit of wearing his sneakers with EVERYTHING!!!

I have slowly broken that habit...

Omg, I had to reply to this!!!

He has this denim-y button up shirt that I guess was a reddish color at one time, but its now so faded it looks like a rosy pink. I HATE it!! Its his favorite!!!!

This one old Gap striped t-shirt. He wore it in a few of our honeymoon pictures and I told him that if it wasn't burned immediately I would divorce him.

And, when he wears his entire uniform of Mets paraphanalia (usually to a game, but a few times just because). I hate it. I think it looks ridiculous. I love my team, but enough is enough sometimes. Hat, fine...sweatshirt, ok....jacket, dandy...BUT hat, with tshirt, sweatshirt over it, jacket, and orange parachute pants...NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!



I am sure there are certain things I have worn that he hates. I know there is one dress that he calls me grandma in, so we're even.

He wears socks to bed. This drives me crazy. He says his feet get cold. He also wears his boxers with his wears underneath. I can't stand that, let the brothers breathe for crying out loud. We joke about it everynight.

A black T-shirt w/ orange shorts(Happy Halloween?)

A dress shirt that he wore to his 2nd bachelor party, they went Scores and it reminds me of him in a strip club

Sometimes he tucks shirts in that shouldn't be tucked!

He is a very sharp dresser, and he knows I can't stand these particular things. He always says 'how did I dress myself before we were married'

OMG, Misty you had me cracking up with your husband's Mets 'gear'!!! Too friggin funny!

I would say Gary's t-shirts because that is ALL he wears, I have to say he is getting a little better though. Oh, and he always has to wear socks and sneakers, never anything w/o socks...I got him sandals to wear in Aruba and he fought me on it and then he wore them, he even wears them in the summer now !!

Where would these guys be without their wives ladies?

Rob is pretty good ... he actually asks me for my opinion on most of his outfits.
But every guy does have his faults .... he has these ripped up work jeans with paint and spackle all over them and he loves to wear them. He also has these blue adidas pants with orange stripes and I hate them ... what is it with these men and orange?
