chocolate cake with fresh strawberries & cannoli filling with chocolate chips.. mmmm. Maybe I should go into the freezer & sneak another piece.

Yellow cake 1/2 with bavarian cream 7 1/2 with Strawberries!! Yum!!
ETA: I actually had 2 cakes!!!
The other cakes was traditional Black (Rum) cake made by my Dad's cousin. She did a WONDERFUL JOB!! It was SOOOO GOOD!!!

we had alternating flavors but i really wish that we only did the vanilla cake b/c it was SO MUCH more delicious!! I can still remember how delicious it was! We had:
vanilla cake with rasberry, apricot, and strawberry filling
And chocolate cake with hazelnut, chocolate, and coffee filling
WOW That is a lot of flavors!!!!
We had a chocolate cake with canoli filling (complete with chocolate chips) YUM!!!

mine was the bottom layer was chocolate with rasberry filling and the two top layers was white cake and canoli... i wish i would have had a piece or a taste! Everyone was saying how yummy it was!!

whipped cream frosting on chocolate cake with chcolate mousse and a thin layer of rasberry preserves. (a few layers didnt have the rasberry preserves for some reason, so they drizzled rasberry sauce over the pieces of mousse cake) --- omg it was unbelieveable!
