we had alternating flavors but i really wish that we only did the vanilla cake b/c it was SO MUCH more delicious!! I can still remember how delicious it was! We had:
vanilla cake with rasberry, apricot, and strawberry filling
And chocolate cake with hazelnut, chocolate, and coffee filling

chocolate cake with mocha buttercream and chocolate mousse...... mocha also lined the fondant, so it tasted yummy too

vanilla with chocolate and vanilla pudding (the vanilla wasn't a pudding, I can't remember exactly what it was...)and whipped cream icing.

I can honestly say that I have NOOOOOOO clue! I know the icing was buttercream, but no idea what the actualy flavor of the cake was.......how funny is that!!!

Ours was Vanilla Cake (it was supposed to be chocolate but they screwed up!) with vanilla and caramel mousse
