Re: What is everyone making for

I have no idea, DH said he is going to the supermarket after work to pick up meat since we ran out.

I saw something rachael ray made last night that looked delicious. It was pancetta, ground meat, chicken sausages, with tomatoes, ricotta, smoked mozzarella and then you add pasta to it.

Oh and the other night martha stewart was on jay leno and she showed him how easy some things are to make although others think its not. She made fresh spinach ravioli's. All she did was put spinach, 1 egg, 1 egg yolk and flour in a blender(i think i might've missed 1 ingredient when they first started it but not sure, i am gonna check her recipe) then they just rolled out the dough until it was thin, and she did this ricotta and parmesan mixture and placed small balls of it on the dough, put a layer of dough on top also and then used these cutters to cut out the ravioli's and they did this in a few mins. She also made a sauce just olive oil, some garlic, tomatoes and then she also showed that for vodka sauce just add cream and vodka. So now i want to make the spinach ravioli with vodka sauce.

I am also really in the mood for stuffed peppers, i never made it but my mom makes good stuffed peppers so i'll just ask her for the recipe.
