One of the nicest things that DH has done for me is when we were first dating, he me at a speech tournament with a fresh cup of coffee and a single rose.

He didn't give up on me when my life fell apart. My best friend died, I was having alot of family problems and I was a complete trainwreck...

ETA: He bring me hersheys bar and rainbow cookies without me asking lol. Now that's LOVEEEE

he left a rose on my car when we were first dating.. and inside the car was a present ( it was a met jesrsey)!!! i was sooooooooo suprised.. nobody had ever done anything like that before! it was incredibly romantic and sweet

He worked his *ss off so we could pay off our wedding without any debt! Seriously he went a little overboard on the side work he took on, i hated not having him around but he's got a work ethic that's UNBELIEVABLE. I really admire him for that.

And a bazillion sweet little things too. especially now with coming soon he's SOOOOO affectionate (which isn't usually his 'style', he's more reserved!!)...

Seriously, he was there with me the night my mom died. He helped me deal with 911 when the funeral home made a mistake and told me that I had to call 911 instead. He took off of work to be by my side throughout the wake and funeral, and then the day after when I had to take care of some remaining stuff. He made sure my dad was ok.
That is worth more to me than anything physical he could give me.

Shortly after Dh and I got engaged my older son got diagnossed with Lymes Disease and had alot of problems stemming from it..he had to have an over night sleep study done Dh went with us just to be there while they hooked everything up incase my son tried to fight any of it...when he met the tech the guy made him alittle nervous ( he was kind of scuzzy) Dh slept on the floor all night .....he has slept in numerous hospitals and ER rooms with me and the kids...and he texts me every morning to thank me for loving him ....
