with this weather??
I was getting all psyched about it warming up these last few days and now it's supposed to drop back to freezing over the weekend and into next week.

Meanwhile, our builder can't get us into our house because the town of Smithtown won't issue a Certificate of Occupancy (required to close) unless the driveway is in. Even though the inside of the house is DONE! We were told that we could close the first two weeks of March, but I'm starting to worry again.

The driveway can't go in unless the snow stops AND the ground defrosts...
The house is already almost 2 months over our estimated move date.

Please send some warm weather vibes my way.

Congrats susan! LOL! I grew up right around the block from you...actually in a development between lake ave. so. and gibbs pond road (2 lights west of you). Also, when you have children, there's a good chance of my DH or myself being one of their teachers since we both teach in Smithtown! Best of luck with your house! It is GEORGEOUS!!!!
