WHAT IS WITH

people bumping OLD POSTS??!?!!

someone just bumped Nicole's second fitting thread from before her wedding and told her she looked great... i mean, she totally did, but really, shes been married for almost a year

Ugh I hate that, it's probably someone doing a search on something. The problem is that everyone keeps on typing away not caring how old the post is

I've noticed too. I don't think the 'newbies' are paying any attention to what they are responding to. IMO, it's kind of getting annoying.

that's funny. I remember when I first joined this site, I'd find some of those even on the '08 boards too. Somebody would randomly bump a post and I'd assume it must be new, but then I'd look at the date it would be from 2005 or something. So random. I always thought that was odd. (and sometimes I'd add comments to them as well, not even realizing HOW old they were.lol)

But not even the warning, how do they find the post?!! Did they search 'Nicole's second dress fitting'. Or just look through 10,000 pages of posts.Thats what really confuses me.

Don't older posts show up sometimes on the bottom that may have the same keywords in them?? Like someone posted something about the commercials before, and I saw a post related to it that said 'something funny, long story' So it could be just that it may have been a topic that popped up on the bottom no?

I remember when I first came on here, I spent like the first few weeks JUST browsing. I was too afraid to really join because people online seem to be nasty to each other. So I was way too frightened of writing something stupid by mistake having everybody be mean to me. lol. BE NICE TO THE NEWBIES!!! It's not their fault they don't know what the big red letters are saying!!
