i know that since this is our first Christmas together married, i want to buy tons of presents for him.
I am thinking about $600 maybe..

Well I am willing to go up to $500 to see if I can get him tickets to see the Rangers retire Brian Leetch's #. I have to buy them from a ticket broker which will be $$$ but am not willing to spend more than $500. If I can get them than that's all he's getting. Ok well maybe a few stocking stuffers but THAT'S IT!

Our limit is $300 for each other. Money is a little tight right now, so I dont want to spend more than that (although I ALWAYS got over my limit). He wants the PS3 or the Nintendo Wii wow....guys never grow up. And of course I'll get him some stocking stuffers.

We are not exchanging gifts. We are going to buy a new flat screen hdtv instead. On Christmas Day we will go to rockerfeller center and visit the tree, look at the ice skaters and then have dinner in that restaurant nest to the rink. Last year we had dinner at The River Cafe. We made the decision last year to spend the 25th alone and as romantically as possible.

I have no idea, but we're definitely not going to go crazy this year. We are trying to fix up the house so I would prefer to put our money towards that. I've been pretty good too. The only thing I've asked for so far... Victorias Secret flannel pajamas! gotta get a new pair every year

That sounds so nice. We go to the tree every year and out to a restaurant we haven't been.

Not sure what our Budget will be this year,
We are going on a cruise for our first Anniversary in the beginning of December and we are doing major work on our house, (We are installing New Windows, New Kitchen, New Bathrooms ourselfs ) we will be very poor by christmas.
I will just be happy to have the kitchen done by Christmas that would be a present enough for me!

For years we spent $500-$600 on each other. I put a stop to that last year right before the wedding.
I think I'm going to set a limit at $150 this year. I know that isn't a lot, but we are saving for a house and really don't need any more junk to move!

I'm not sure yet, but probably something sports or game related. We just spent a WHOOOOOOLE lot of money on fixing up the house, so it won't be alot. I think we both agree, that even though it's our first Christmas as a married couple, we're going big for our boys!!

DH never sticks to a budget so Im not going to give him one...its almost aggravating that he doesnt so I feel like if I dont give him one I wont be a tad bit annoyed
