what's for LUNCH????

It's so slow here but I know you all will post about food.

So.

What's for lunch?

I'm having half a can of minestrone and a reduced-fat pepper jack sandwich on an Arnold's thin bread, with spinach and tomatoes on it.

They ordered us pizza and trays of cookies since the weather sucks but I'm keeping away from it.

If no one shows up in the conference room behind me, then a feast!

We're so shorthanded that we get no lunch today.

ETA: These b!tches showed up! They don't usually show on a GOOD day let alone 16 inches of snow!

Leftover thai food....chicken in lemongrass sauce and eggplant and tofu in chili sauce! My tum is full and my mouth is on fire - delish!

We had:

Kung Pao Chicken
Gen. Tso's Chicken
Beef with Broccoli
Cold Sesame Noodles
Young Chow Fried Rice
Steamed Veg Dumplings
