What's for lunch?

Homemade Thai here...I made a tofu, eggplant, broccoli and red pepper stirfry in hot chili garlic sauce. I have a really small amount of rice to go with it

i also had a veggie sandwhich (salad and hummus on whole wheat) and a mango for b'fast

so im holding off on lunch right now...but i have leftover bbq tempeh still. i made so much on sunday!!

had a tortilla crusted fish with rice lean cuisine so i didnt have to ice skate out for lunch. (btw this is one of the best lean cuisines i think!)

now having my PM snack aka my new obsession of greek yogurt wiht lots of goodies mixed in (coconut, almonds, honey).
