What to bring to a BBQ?

What to bring to a BBQ?

My school is having the end of the year bbq for all staff, teachers, etc. I'd like to bring something but don't know what.

In the past I've brought chocolate covered pretzels and they were a hit, but it takes so long to make and in this heat, it probably wouldn't be a good idea.

Any good recipes or ideas???

I say just go a bakery and pick up some cupcakes or cookies.

Anything that I would make is dipped in chocolate so I'm pretty useless.

My mom made for the wedding red velvet truffles and they were amazing. Here's the

recipe!

macroons are super easy to make. but coconut is kind pricey....

OMG! You have noooooooooo idea. We were bringing them to the RH and I kept sneaking eating them when my momma wasn't looking, one of the GMs was, too.

Fruit salad....easy to make in this heat

Fruit, Desserts, Soda or bottled water. Or a punch of some sort. What about Potato salad or hot food???

We just had a regular bbq at our home on Sat. over 70 people what ablast & seriously we appreciated all of the waters sodas beer ddrinks & ICE!!! People brought. Obviously for you alcohol is out. But those were the things that we really liked because they go so fast. And you have no idea how much we bought & it all went. We always BBQ Ham hot dogs saus chick in teh afternoon & then at night we serve trays of hot food. So just some ideas for ya.
