I have several. I love indian, ethiopean (which are shockingly fairly similar), iranian/afghan, and thai..
I think thai would be my favorite if it wasn't for that @#$@# fish sauce. I'm allergic to fish, and they use that stuff like soy sauce... so I really have to make thai myself to be safe... I think only beef satay + peanut sauce is fish-free in a restaurant

BREAKFAST , BAR MITZVAH FOOD, AND DESSERT!!!!!!!!!!!!! I know that those are not ethnicities, but they are my fovorites
okAY.....if i must pick ethnicities, I'll say: mediterranean, italian, asian, and Jewish appetizing (whitefish, lox, bagels, cc, etc.).
I'll eat pretty much anything.....except Indian and Ethiopian.

Lets just say the only thing I don't like is over fried or greasy foods..I've never tasted an ethnic food I don't like.

yeah, you can't beat a good bagelshop bagel. I once went on a pilgrimage to a really old bagel shop in uptown manhattan, and had the most divine bagel with cream cheese..... I knew that shop was the real deal becuase all the other customers were men in their 70's speaking yiddish

I love most ethnic foods I've tried:
Chinese (but I'm really sick of it right now) Japanese Italian Indian Mexican Brazilian Thai Greek Spanish
I'm sure there are others but I can't think of them off the top of my head
