I was never big into vitamins...I guess I just never believed in them. I always felt that as long as I ate healthy I would get all my vitamins from fruits and veggies.
Well I decided to make a change and start taking vitamins because it can't hurt right? So what do you take? Pls be specific and list brands, capsules, gel tabs, chewables, etc.
As of now I take;
-A chewable Vitamin C -1000 mg of Calcium -Biotin on occasion -And may start MSM with DH -Oh and sometimes I take cranberry capsules

Re: What vitamins do you take...if any?
Macro Greens is a vegetable powder you can drink in either purified water or apple juice. Its 6 servings of vegetable in each drink.
'Macro Greens 30oz is formulated with 38 ingredients that nourish the body at a cellular level, providing the body with essential antioxidants, co-nutrients, enzymes, vitamins, minerals and amino acids. Contains no allergens, certified organic barley grass and other natural ingredients, Macro Greens includes antioxidants, adaptive herbs, natural fibers, harmonizing and support herbs and natural plant enzymes to ensure complete nutrition and good health.'
When I drink this regularly I feel energized, my skin feels better and my hair. Even DH noticed a difference. Its a little pricey but well worth it.

I havent seen it at GNC. Only at organic vitamin places. I definitely dont get enough veggies because of DH so this is a great supplement. They also have Macro Reds:
Miracle Reds™ is more than a fruit blend; it is an advanced, non-allergenic, proprietary blend of nutrient-rich, anti-aging anti-oxidants, polyphenols and heart-friendly plant sterols.
That one is good too. Definitely try it. Its great stuff!

there is a wilner 'chemist' down the block from work; they must have this stuff. they have everything else.
thanks!

Im telling you! If it wasnt for DH Id have a hous efull of veggies, I LOVE THEM. But since he doesnt help me eat them they usually go bad so I wont buy them anymore. That place should have it. I think a 30 oz goes for about 30 bucks. I wish it was cheaper. If you start to drink it let me know how you like it! I dont really mind the taste at all. Dh can only drink it with apple juice cause hes a baby. I can do it with water.

Do you think Whole Foods sells it? I definitely don't get enough veggies. DH eats them, but I don't like them.

sounds silly but the only way I remember to take vitamins is to have the Flintstones chewables...they're so yummy I never forget to take my vitamin. I also take flax seed oil capsules.
