I was never big into vitamins...I guess I just never believed in them. I always felt that as long as I ate healthy I would get all my vitamins from fruits and veggies.
Well I decided to make a change and start taking vitamins because it can't hurt right? So what do you take? Pls be specific and list brands, capsules, gel tabs, chewables, etc.
As of now I take;
-A chewable Vitamin C -1000 mg of Calcium -Biotin on occasion -And may start MSM with DH -Oh and sometimes I take cranberry capsules

I take vitamins because if my diet is missing anything, you can get it through taking them. They're a pain though...sometimes I don't want to bother!!!
Nature Made Magnesium 250 mg (tablet) - for bones, muscles Tums Ultra (calcium)-for bones, sour stomach :( Care One Women's Multivitamins (pill)- has iron for your blood, and C, the Bs, calcium, mg, zinc, selenium, copper, E, K and folic acid *
* If you are trying to get pregnant make sure you are taking this to help prevent birth defects....!!!! *

I used to take the Womens one a day vitamins, then my ob/gyn said it would be good to build up my folic acid before I want to get pregnant.....so I started taking an OTC prenatal pill from CVS- I think it was $20 for 300 pills!!!

Fish oil is great for you. I have that in my ref. I do take raw coconut oil in the am to prevent migraines and lower my pressure.
