I know we sometimes Vent about problems or vendors, but let's talk about some of our favorite experiences..
* loved Dress Shopping at Kleinfelds (where I got my dress) w/ mom, MIL and SIL and niece. then the fittings b/c after my mom and I always went for drinks in the city * going bridesmaid dress shopping w/ my girls! * meeting the band leader a few times to go over songs. LOVE Kenneth from Platinum! * getting 100% support from my DH the whole time * working w/ our Caterer at the Temple. Yum! had fun stuffing the invitations * Last... the week b4 the wedding surprisingly calm and getting all the OOT bags, marriage lic, kettubah, etc together.

Oh... and I forgot our Dance Lessons w/ John from Ballroom Dance LI. That was actually a lot more fun than I thought it would be... I miss him!

I love dress shopping, first with my MOH and then with my mom.
I loved picking flowers
Loved meeting up with our videographer. (I only met with 2 and we picked the second one and booked him on the spot)

I enjoyed the ballroom classes we took I enjoyed shopping for BM and favors I enjoyed creating the menu Those were my favorites.

Good Question.....I have two absolute favorite things:
1- looking at reception halls - DH & I drove out to the Hamptons & Montauk for the day looking at places so we had a nice day trip together. & 2- looking for a band - we went to a bunch of bridal shows and I got to load up on magazines & free food and drinks Plus, we had a great time laughing at some of the band/dj performances.
Awe... that sounds like fun! We got to see our band play at the Temple we were having the wedding at so they spoiled us w/ food

I loved picking out the invitations, and planning all of the design details.... in the end everything was exactly as I envisioned
I also was extremely happy when I finally got my very difficult-to-find san patrick/ pronovias veil

I actually hated every minute of the planning....I did not enjoy any of it....I even hated going for the tastings. It was all a very anxiety provoking experience for me. The worst part was the dress shopping. I guess if I had to come up with one thing I enjoyed.....i'd say it was the writing of my program or the cake tasting.

My favorite part was probably picking the hall...otherwise everything was pretty easy and felt like torture. I have to say even now, the best part of wedding planning has to be the relationship that I built with my vendors along the way. They STILL know who I am, etc. and I really like that

Booking our photographer. Dom from 12th Night had such enthusiam and was so nice. Of course we also loved his work. I can't wait for my pictures.

God I loved everything about planning my wedding. Some high points were
~~~ Dress shopping....all 50 dresses I tried on!!!! ~~~ First time going into OHEKA I was just blown away and I knew it was the place for me ~~~ Cake Tasting....need I say more???
