I know we sometimes Vent about problems or vendors, but let's talk about some of our favorite experiences..
* loved Dress Shopping at Kleinfelds (where I got my dress) w/ mom, MIL and SIL and niece. then the fittings b/c after my mom and I always went for drinks in the city * going bridesmaid dress shopping w/ my girls! * meeting the band leader a few times to go over songs. LOVE Kenneth from Platinum! * getting 100% support from my DH the whole time * working w/ our Caterer at the Temple. Yum! had fun stuffing the invitations * Last... the week b4 the wedding surprisingly calm and getting all the OOT bags, marriage lic, kettubah, etc together.

I LOVED almost ever minute of the planning! (Seriously- I'm going to start taking classes to become a wedding planner/coordinator). But my favorite was probably dress shopping. Oh and registering- that was a lot of fun!

I actually hated every minute of the planning....I did not enjoy any of it....I even hated going for the tastings. It was all a very anxiety provoking experience for me. The worst part was the dress shopping. I guess if I had to come up with one thing I enjoyed.....i'd say it was the writing of my program or the cake tasting.
Phew, I am so glad to see I am not the only one. I didn't really enjoy any of the planning. My bachelorette weekend at the beach in Fire Island was great! If I had to pick one thing, I guess it would be going for my last dress fitting, as by then I was pretty happy about the dress. All of wedding planning was anxierty producing for me as well. I was thrilled to be marrying my husband, but a big NY wedding was not really what I wanted (our families would not hear of my 10 ppl on a beach plan) and the whole thing produced anxiety for me. In fact, the last step of picking up my proofs tonight, is currently completely stressing me out.

* Dress shopping - I only tried on 7 dresses. It was so easy and Wedding Atelier was amazing to work with.
* Watching DH make our STD's, Menu's and Placecards.
* Planning our honeymoon.
* The Cake and Food tastings

I loved shopping for my dress, getting hair and makeup trials and researching. I honestly miss the entire planning process and I'm constantly telling DH I wish I could relive the day all over again...he thinks I'm nuts lol
