Nothing really different than the usual. I'd say things are more different though because of the preps for changes that will happen next year.

oh wow well for me a year ago this week was an AMAZING time. . we were putting up a staged reading of a musical i co-wrote at this small theater in NYC. . so about this time we were MAD in last minute rehearsals, logistics, insanity and excitement. . and oddly enough THIS weekend, we are trying to finish up a draft of it to submit to a theater festival for next year! phew!!!
and also thinking 'as soon as this is done i need to get by butt back in gear for wedding planning!

I was on LIW as per usual, just starting to work on invitations that was the only thing that wasn't done as everything else had been done in the first 6 months

I actually do not think I was doing anything for the wedding ,the RH, chruch, DJ where all booked an my dress was ordered!

DH and I were looking at houses! and I think I just booked the limos.
Other than that, I don't think I was doing anything wedding related until about April.
Oh and I was probably on here nonstop (just like now only now I don't have a wedding to plan).

i just checked my planner & on 2/19 i went to the gastroentorologist (haha) and then on the 21st DH was a GM in our friend's wedding...the same wedding I could have met Ali at!
I was curious to know what was going on in wedding world - so i searched my posts for this week last year & apparently I had a prank caller from William Floyd HS & I my mom & sister ordered their dresses!

I was house shopping and wedding planning! Now that I look back, I do not know how I pulled them both off at the same time!

I don't think I was doing anything of grave importance We weren't looking for houses/apartments yet, we weren't booking any vendors...I might have been somewhat involved in the invitation process. But I think it was just a boring week!

Returning from Honeymoon & getting ready for friends wedding which was literally the Sat. after we returned from HM (which we got back on a wed).

I was actually out on Bereavement leave from work. My grandmother passed away this week last year. She was 92 (almost 93) so I tried to make it a celebration of her life. But I'm definitely still grieving and miss her dearly, even a year later.
I had also sent my ering to get resized. It actually was delivered to my dad's house the morning of the funeral just before we left.
We had a really lovely brunch after the funeral at Vespa on Northern Blvd. They were wonderful and it was a great place to be. My Nana would've really liked that luncheon. Fortunately, she had been to a zillion wonderful luncheons during her amazing life.
