What would you do?

So I woke up Sunday and I could barely move my neck. It hurts down the whole left side of my neck and now into my back. It's to the point where it's giving me headaches that wont go away.

Should I go to get a massage or just go right to the dr for painkillers????

Heating pad, capsacin, hot shower....If none of those work - I'd go for the pills - but that's just me

I agree with heating pad. And try to force your neck to stretch a little. You might have pinched something.
