We just had chicken fried steak! It was good and DH loved it as usual. I do a mix veggie on the side with mash potato's.

DH made himself this really yummy tuscan white bean and tuna salad. I just had I taste b/c it was so nasty when i got home from soup.... so I made ramen soup for myself ![]()

I made chicken fingers. Dipped in flour, then egg, then in Breadcrumbs.
Someone at work gave me the idea, and it was good. I could've done w/out the flour I felt it had no purpose...but it was yummy none the less.
