I posted this once before and tried a few suggested. My fave was the mecated Burts Bees but with the crazy weather changes my lips are like sandpaper. Im worried because I am putting balm on but its liek not pnetrating. They almost feel burned-like that hard outer skin you get when you get a burn. Very odd.
Any suggestions? I dont want to have snake lips for my B pics!

Vaseline...I use the stuff that comes in the actual tub, not the little tube and softlips during the day under sticky lip gloss or lip stick.

i LOVE burt's bees! they have a tube wich is good, but i love the stuff in the little tub. they sell it now at CVS as well as trader joe's/
